She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Soltis and Anna Soltis; her husband Charles Putka; her children, Kathy, Audrey, William and Jackie; her siblings, John Soltis (Joy) and Evelyn (John); and her nieces and nephews, Steven, Cynthia Crowley, Sandra Leppert, Matt Crowley, Dylan Crowley, Dan Crowley, John Soltis (Rachel Kadric), Samual Soltis, Michael Soltis (Anne Soltis) and Benjamin Soltis.
