He was predeceased by: his parents, Roger Perreault and Jeannine Lamothe; and his mother-in-law Bonnie O'Shields. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Perreault of Freedom; his daughter Crystal Lee (Josh) of Freedom; his grandchildren, Brooklyn, Joshua, Jayden, Kendra and Grayson Lee; his father-in-law Richard O'Shields of Brady Lake; and his siblings, René Perreault (Lilianne), Jean-Louis Perreault, Marc Trudel, Suzanne Perreault of Quebec, Reina Perreault of Quebec, Louise Perreault of Quebec and Joanne Herr (Terry) of Hiram. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
