He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ervin, Shirley Ann Helmuth, Donna Pequignot and Bob Pequignot (Sue); his cousin Jaquline Shoemaker; and his friend Jimmy Lougen.
He is survived by: his wife Corinne Keely Helmuth; his son William Joseph "Tubs" Helmuth III; his parents, William J. Helmuth and Tonya Sue Brookover (Michael); his siblings, Kyle Brookover (Stefanie Juzkiw) and Tasha Pequignot (Donald Hollabaugh); his niece Chloe "Fat Head" Wallace; and his pets, Brutus, Neo, Raven and Lynx. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to benefit his son, William Joseph "Tubs" Helmuth III.
