He is survived by: his brother Willie Horace Higgins (Zerita); his daughters, Beverly Smith (Melvin), Alicia Higgins and April Higgins-Sanders; and his grandchildren, Cory D Higgins, Christopher Persons, Antwan Person, Derricka Farrell (Logan), Amber Smith, Cortney Dearing, Kilen Jackson Higgins, Craig Cortner IV, Reia Cortner and Cree Cortner.
