He is survived by: his grandchildren, Vernon Thomas Tolbert III, Kaila Albert, Takira Pritchett (Wallace), Vernton Smith, Denzel Brand, Jacques Tatum Morris, Arin Morris, Nyzier Morris, Desiree, LaTriece, Timothy and Reginald; his great grandchildren, Vernon IV, Taylah, Zyon, Terrance, Brooklyn, Logan, Maddox, Aubrey and Kyndal; and his nephew Thomas Vernon Tolbert Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gaines Funeral Home (5386 Lee Rd, Maple Heights, OH 44137). A wake will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Rd, Seville, OH 44270).
