He is survived by: his children, Diana Smith, Phillip Smith and Jason Lowry; his granddaughters, Kaitlyn Parsley, Autumn Reaves, Kendra Reeves and Isabella Davis; and his siblings, David, Gene Smith and Sandy Ross. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
