She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Rhoads and Elizabeth Rhoads (Owens). She is survived by: her husband Robert D. Burns; and her children, Michael Burns (Melissa), Lanette Burns, Cynthia Burns and Melissa Beck (Richard). She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
