He was predeceased by: his son Shawn Patrick O'Brien; and his parents, Dennis Michael and Sue Ann O'Brien (Gobbel). He is survived by: his girlfriend Molly Lynn James; his son Casey James O'Brien; and his grandson Charles James Foster. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
