She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Stegner and Frances Casto Stegner; and her husband Fredric Ray Blake. She is survived by: her children, Kim Staats (Randy) of Whipple, OH. and Kerry Blake (Karen) of Washington, WV.; her stepdaughter Catherine Rees (Ron) of Marietta; and her grandchildren, Jason McDonald (Amanda), Stacy McDonald (Beamer Huss) and Dylan Rees.
