She is survived by: her husband Frank Caldwell; her children, Chelisa Murphy (Tim), Jeff Beaver, Mike Caldwell (Amy Biehl) and Misty Caldwell; and her brother Doyle Mendenhall. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
