Bill C. Low Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on May 22, 2020, at the age of 85, Bill C. Low (Marietta, Ohio), born in Rockport, West Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Mycajah McFarlin and Lelia Marie Anderson Low; and his sisters, E. Lenora Low, Flossie M. Thompson, Daisy Evelyn Low, Thelma G. Lockhart, Lettie Ruth Low, Lucy Marie Low and Sarah E. Low.

He is survived by: his wife Irene G. Low (Thompson); his children, James Lee Low (Jackie) of Beaver, PA, Lisa Ann Tuttle (Alan) of Niceville, FL and Julie Lynn Walker (Brian) of Marietta, OH; and his grandchildren, Samuel, Hope, Hannah, Olivia Tuttle, Matthew, Leslie Rankin and Briana Walker. He is also survived by five great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

With the ongoing Covid19 conditions, we strongly advise the use of face masks and to practice social distancing while at the funeral home.
