He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Louise Benton; his daughters, Autumn Benton-Hill (Cyrus), Abby Benton and Mayah Benton; his siblings, Nora Lewis, Brett Benton, Angie Stevens (Tim) and Rob Benton; his mother-in-law Lois McKnight; and his pet Charlie. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
