He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Howard Taylor and Mary Fenton Taylor of Williamstown, WV.; and his brothers, Thomas Taylor and Fenton Taylor. He is survived by: his daughter Corey Brooke (Zach Kirkpatrick); his wife Brenda Ellen Worstell; and his grandchildren, Tacey and Caleb Kirkpatrick.

A Celebration of Life is planned for a later date, and memorial donations may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
