He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew G. Nau and Margaret Burkhard Nau; his wife Bonnie Sue Griffin Nau; and his siblings, Teresa Braddock and Harry Nau.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Bowens, Sheila Rhodes (Bryan) and Michael Nau; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua, Evan, Anna Rhodes, Christina Sayres, Allee, Sara Nau and Kevin Bowens; his brother Herman Nau (Betty); and his sister-in-law Joetta Ferrell (Bill). He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
