He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Schau and Bertha Schau; his spouse Ellie Science; and his stepson Mike Science. He is survived by: his sons, Ray Schau (Nora) of Marietta and Roy Schau (JoAnna) of Newport; and his stepdaughters, Donna Pauling (Mark) of Pennsylvania and Leah Hardman (Eric Noland) of Marietta. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
