He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Stratton Engle; his mother Florence Engle; and his sister Linda Lackore (Lu). He is survived by: his daughters, Erica Booth (Nathan) and Emily Dodds (Tim); his grandchildren, Kylie Booth (Konstantin), Amanda Booth, Matthew Booth, Troy Dodds and Leah Dodds; his sister Nancy Weinstock (Charlie); his sisters-in-law, Laura Sheffield (Lanny), Annette Lyle (Bill) and Peggy Bracknell (Darren); and his pet Woody. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
