He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Morbitzer, Sr. and Abigail Freck Morbitzer; his children, Ed and Nancy; his granddaughters, Andrea and Jessica; his son Andrew (Megan); and his grandsons, Ashton and Breckin.
He is survived by: his cousin June Arnold; and his son Mike. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids, two sisters, nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Basilica of St Mary of the Assumption (506 4th St, Marietta, OH 45750). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption (506 4th St, Marietta, OH 45750). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Oak Grove Cemetery (550 8th St, Marietta, OH 45750).
