She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Harris and Sarah Harris (Cunningham); her siblings, Avarilla Gossett, Coretta Derringer, Marie Lyons and Robert Harris; and her husband Maurice "Bud" Glibert.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Bailey (Michael) of Williamstown and Thomas Glibert (Sarah) of Green Valley, Arizona.; and her grandchildren, Brian Bailey (Kim) of Simpsonville, Brent Bailey (Nev) of Parkersburg, Nikki Orsborn (Nick) of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Chris Glibert (Louella) of Carpenteria, California, Tad Glibert (Karly) of Norman, Oklahoma and Alex Glibert (Kailey) of Tucson, Arizona.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elaine's memory may be made to the Humane Society of Parkersburg, West Virginia, as pets were always an integral part of her life.
