He is survived by: his sister-in-law Sarah Gilchrist "Sally" Johnson (Wayne) of Charleston, WV; his nephews, Christopher Mathews "Chris" Johnson (Trish) and Carl Leonard "Chip" Johnson; his great-nephews, Alexander, Jackson and Blaine Johnson; and his great-niece Olivia Johnson. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
