He was predeceased by: his parents, James D. Bertram and Alice V. Bertram. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bertram; his daughter Alisha Bertram; his grandchildren, Amara, Millie, Isla and Anakin; his brother Rick Bertram; and his nephews, Matt and Nick Bertram. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
