He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Adkins; his daughters, Angela Myers (Keith) and Jennifer Ward; his grandsons, Alex, Andrew Myers and Evan Ward; his son-in-law Mark Ward; his stepgranddaughter Kailah McCallister; and his nephews, Roger of Little Rock, AR, Kelly and Terry of Hockessin, DE..
