He is survived by: his wife Nancy Arthurs; his children, Kayla, Ruth Arthurs, Steven McClellan, Donnie Osbourne and Jerry Lee Arthurs Jr.; his sister Linda Kay Cooper; and his close friends, Steve Fry and Larry Johnson. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
