He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Mitchem and Rita Mitchem of Marietta, Ohio.; and his brothers-in-law, Jonathan Hawkins and John Kidd. He is survived by: his wife Mara Kidd Mitchem; his children, Amy Stollar (Dave) of Millersport, OH, David Mitchem (Amy Lynne) of Marietta, OH, Tiffanie Craven (Jason) of Marietta, OH and Melary Banziger (Dean) of Williamstown, WV.; his grandchildren, Mollie Westerman, Murphy Mitchem, Christopher Stollar, Steven Stollar, Courtney Craven, Jacob Craven, Andrew Banziger and Samantha Banziger; his great grandchildren, Amelia, Zoey, Baylor, Callum, Jasper, Weston, Eugene and Thatcher; and his siblings, Rosalie McDonald, Agnes Hawkins, Jerry Mitchem, Joseph Mitchem and Mary Jane Blum. He is also survived by wife, his family, friends.
