She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wallace and Cora Sayre Wallace; her spouse Thomas E. Birch; and her daughter Paula Roe. She is survived by: her son Randy Birch (Ginny) of Stone Creek, Ohio; and her son-in-law George Roe of McConnelsville, Ohio. She is also survived by five grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
