She is survived by: her children, Ronald West, Jr. (Sherry) and Shelly West (Missy); and her siblings, Ivan Smitley, Jr. (Rosie), Phillip Smitley (Geneva), Matt Smitley (Paulina), Raelynn Barnett (Roger), Alesia Smitley Barger and Gina Creighton (Bill). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and beloved pet.
