He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Starkey and Elsie Starkey; his son Kenneth A. Starkey; and his wife Cecile. He is survived by: his children, Steven Starkey, Brenda Robinson (Jerry) and Ella Shaffer (Delbert); his grandchildren, Amanda Simmons (Eli), Christopher Starkey (Leslie), Michael Stout (Amanda), Jeremy Robinson (Tina), Amber Zmich (Stephen), Justin Robinson and Del Shaffer III; his great grandchildren, Kayden Starkey, Bryce Campbell, Bailey Campbell, Cammy Starkey, Adreama Worstell (Alex), Landon Stout, Carson Stout, Jaxson Robinson, Elliana Robinson, Lucas Robinson, Bryson Stotts, Lexi Stotts and Leah Stotts; and his great great grandchild Kyrie Campbell.
