It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Neil E. McDougal of Marietta, Ohio, who passed away on December 1, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Erma McDougal (Reed) and Raymond McDougal; and his brother James McDougal. He is survived by : his spouse Arden Ann "Ardie" McDougal; and his sons, Brett McDougal (Linda) and Dr. Jay McDougal (Sarah). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be appreciated to Christ United Methodist Church, 301 Wooster Street, Marietta 45750.
