She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur J. Hart and Florence Ludwig Hart; and her siblings, Arthur Hart Jr., William Hart, Jarrell Hart and Lenora Coler.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Hendrickson (Jay) of Waverly, WV, Clarence "Gene" Phillis (Dawn) and Roy Phillis (Robin) of Stockport; and her siblings, Hubert Hart of Zanesville, Linda Swain (Terry), Blinda Funk (Denny) of Cutler and Bonnie Bonar of Belpre. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
