She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Kathleen Earley and Reginald Best; and her sisters, Brenda Best Arnold and Linda Brown Warren. She is survived by: her daughters, Karol Frodsham (Darren) of Willis, TX, Tracy Gaughan (Gary Jr.) of Marietta, OH and Amy Ewell (Barry) of Las Vegas, NV; her grandchildren, Scot, Eric Frodsham, Thomas, Andrew, Kyra Gaughan, Alan, Kaylee, Andrea and Phillip Ewell; her husband Phillip Offenberger; and her siblings, Richard Best and Kathy Best King.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McClure Lankford Funeral Home (314 4th St, Marietta, OH 45750). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1503 Glendale Rd, Marietta, OH 45750).
