He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carol Hines, Gerald Hines and Robert Hines. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hines; his children, Kimberly Wallace (Martin), Keith Hines and Kirk Hines; his grandchildren, Braden Henderson, Aaron Henderson, Michelle Riley (Braden), Kevin Wallace, Haley Hines (Chris Long), Corey Hines (Paige Ferguson), Carley Moore (Bryce) and Makayla Hines; and his brothers, Bernard Hines (Virginia) and Gene Hines (Anne). He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home - Marietta (27880 OH-7, Marietta, OH 45750). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Reno Fire Department, P.O. Box 346, Reno, OH 45773.
