He is survived by: his wife Deborah Fleming (Boughner); his children, Travis Fleming (Mechelle) and Jennifer Boker (Steven); his grandchildren, Taylor Hockenberry (Kyle), Madison Fleming (Joshua), James Smith (Abby), Garrett Lochary (Kayley), Keiren Fleming (Artie), Colin Boker (Samantha), Kyle Boker (Chelsea), Lindsay Barth (Justin) and Devin Waterman (Shayla); his great grandchildren, Reagan, Jackson Hockenberry, Nevaeh, Braydon Lochary, Tru Alexander, Olivia Boker and Blake Waterman; his siblings, Keith Fleming and Teresa Scott (Ron); and his friend Carly Manogg-Gazzale. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a veterans' organization of the donor's choice, honoring Ray's deep respect for service and sacrifice.
