She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Mosser and Janie Matheny Mosser; her spouse Dale Wallace; and her daughter Bonnie Willey. She is survived by: her daughter Jean Hill of Moss Run. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations in Ruth's name to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.
