She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Sedwick and Florence Frances Secor Sedwick; her husband Jack Leroy McElfresh, Sr.; her children, Jenny Lynn Ruppel and Jack L McElfresh, Jr.; her grandson Leonard Andrew Clark; and her close friend Santo Stumpo.

She is survived by: her children, Barbara Jean Saari (Rick) of Ashtabula, Sharon S. Clark of Marietta and Daniel T. McElfresh of Chillicothe; and her grandchild Thomas Card of Bismark, Illinois. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
