He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Wesley Howe and Kathryn Jean Howe; and his father-in-law Robert Camden. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Camden Howe; his son Derek Howe; his daughter-in-law Jill; his granddaughter Madeline Rose; his siblings, Jeff Howe (Debbie) and Pam Boyd (Fred); and his mother-in-law Glenda Camden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Marietta Community Foundation in Steven's memory, continuing his legacy of giving and community support.
