She was predeceased by: her parents, James William and Berneda Marie Lacey Casto; her husband Carl Roger Burks; and her daughters, Diane Cooper and Robin Turner.
She is survived by: her children, Steven B. Johnson (Debbie) of Marietta, Mary A. Malone (Kirk) of Marietta, Brenda K. Johnson of Columbus, OH, Tim A. Johnson of Huntsville, AL, Carl Burks (Jody) of London, OH, Sonny Burks of Columbus, OH and Clayton Burks (Tammy) of Columbus, OH. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
