She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ted and Mary Alice Thomas (Welker); her husband Jerry Robert Berry, Sr.; and her son Jerry Robert Berry, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Beth Simon (Chris); and her granddaughters, Allison and Audrey Simon. She is also survived by 4 brothers and 1 sister.
