She is survived by: her husband Frank Downing; her daughters, Kimberly L. and Kysha L. Downing of Marion; her sister Elsie Smith of Dublin, OH; her siblings-in-law, Ed Wilson (Susanne) of Marion and Edith Collins (James) of Chicago, IL; and her pet Mabel Louise. She is also survived by cousins, nephews and nieces.
