She was predeceased by: her parents, Rhoda Frazier and Earl Wallen; her husband Billy Howard, Sr.; her daughter Debbie Reed; her siblings, Glidden Wallen, Janice Goble, Delois Smith, Jean Combs and Zelma Gay; and her grandchild Keona.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Howard (Lisa), Sandra (Tony) and Hall (Howard); her son-in-law Doyle; her siblings, Jackie, Tom Wallen (Ronda), Wilma Patrick, Marcella Kaupp (Fred), Thelma Booth (Brad) and Louise; her grandchildren, Alexia, Bryan, Brandon (Kayleigh), Brock (Violet), Roshaun (Mackenzie) and Michael (Alexis); and her close friend Marilyn Glenn. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, 3 bonus grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
