He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Lavender; his granddaughter Britney; his daughter Mandy Knight; his grandchildren, Tyler and Abbey Knight; his close friend JeanAnne Hess; his brothers, Bruce, Bill and Brent (Connie); and also Gloria Jean Piatt.
