He was predeceased by : his father Joe Hicks, Jr.; and his brothers, Jimmy Ray Hicks, Jerry Wayne Hicks and Douglas Eugene Hicks. He is survived by : his sons, Troy (Cara Finchman) and Corey (Amanda Hicks); his grandchildren, Marissa Smith, Brooklynn Norton, Alexa Hicks, Harmony Finchman, Nevaeh Finchman, David Finchman II, Lili Finchman and Harper Wagner; and his siblings, Troy Mack Hicks, Michael Allen Wicker, Arnold Glenn Wicker, Jr. and Loretta Demerice Wicker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
