We announce the death of Carol Ann Fulkerson in Marion, Ohio, who passed away on October 14, 2026, at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Sheriff and Thelma Sheriff; her brother Duane Sheriff; her parents-in-law, Floyd and Sharma Fulkerson; and her brother-in-law Roger Fulkerson.
She is survived by: her husband Jerald; her children, Teresa Carr (Brian) and Scott Fulkerson (Kris); her grandchildren, Ajay Fulkerson, Zachary Carr, Grace Carr, Paige Morone (Jake) and Alivia Smelser; her great grandchildren, Owen Morone and Ezra Copeland; her sisters, Linda Sheriff and Brenda Weber (Bill); and her pets, Boots, Dickens, Mama Kitty and Smokey. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Prospect Methodist Church (203 N Elm St, Prospect, OH 43342). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 12:00 PM and at 1:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude's Children Hospital or to the Marine's Toys 4 Tots program.
