He is survived by: his sons, Michael Shawn Johnson (Amanda) and Jason Vance Johnson, Sr. (Carolyn); his grandchildren, Jason Vance Johnson, Jr. (Ashley) and Shelby Jane Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Ethan, Airyana, Jameson and Ruby. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
