She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Penry (Boxwell); and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her significant other Bo "Bobo" McGowan; her daughter Taniqua; her son-in-law John Blankley; her granddaughters, Autumn Silverio, Sierra Silverio, Lilian Blankley and Lanie Blankley; her siblings, Lindy Emery (Claude), Karen Penry and Jacki Clark; her nieces and nephews, Lauren Oates, Erin Kettrick, Lindsey Bass, Danyelle Bass, Jennifer Voise, Erich Voise and Emily Sumner; John Penry.
Above all else, Cheri was an animal advocate of all types; and would love for people to donate to the Marion Area Humane Society in honor of her passing.
