She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson Ralph and Mary Ethel White (Christian). She is survived by: her children, Dennis Rodman Jr. (Heather), Carol Muchow (Edward) and Julie Black (John); her siblings, Kevin White, Terri Peterson and Bonita White; her grandchildren, Samatha Stoner (Josh), Zane Rodman (Kimberly), Brandon Muchow (Autumn), Noah Muchow, Graham Muchow, Nathan Muchow (Jessica) and Kyle Rose (BJ); her friend Ginger Coons; and her pet Ellie. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations in Crystal's honor be made to Tranquility Hospice.
