He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Danielle Marie Crabtree and Chad Michael Crabtree of Marion; his pet Halley Jane; his brothers, Gilbert Stanley Crabtree of Gilmer and Melvin Gregory Crabtree (Linda) of Marion; his brother-in-law John H. Burns; his stepsiblings, Bonnie Beery (Doug) and Roger Mummey; and his nieces and nephews, David Roush (Lynn), John H. Burns II (Tammy), Robin Mines (Mike) of Marion, Karmon Warren (John) of Austin, Tina Marie Billings-Webster of Bucyrus, Brett A. Crabtree of Toledo, Christopher T. Crabtree and Shawn E. Crabtree of Marion.
