He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Hillstrom and Lois Carlson; and his wife Bonnie Hillstrom. He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Plummer (Roy) of Florida and Beth Lewis of Defiance Ohio; and his stepdaughter Sheryl (Gary). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, his four-legged friend.
