He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne William Coulson and Grace Vivian Coulson (Bechtel); and his siblings, Robert Coulson, Nancy Boganwright, Linda Brown and Sherry Vanderpool.
He is survived by: his children, Jay Dee Coulson (Vickie), William Coulson (Debbie), Vivian Kay Loyer and Theresa Garner. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; along with even more nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of other relatives and friends.
