He was predeceased by : his father Donald W. Lee Sr.; and his brother Robert Lee. He is survived by : his mother Elizabeth Ann Nelson (Meade); his brother John David Lee; and his children, Payton Lee and Eli David Lee. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
