She was predeceased by: her parents, James Montgomery and Iva May Montgomery (Clark); her former husband James Carrol Combs; her husband Glenn Chapman; her son Dana Andrew Chapman; her stepsons, James Craig Combs and Daniel Carrol Combs; her grandson Jason R. Moore; and her siblings, Carl, James C., Richard E. Montgomery and Marcella Mulvaine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Victoria Jean Lowe, Christine Ann Moore and Judy Lynn Chapman; her grandchildren, Brandy S. Edwards (Josh) and Glenn I. Lowe; her great grandchildren, Aubrie N. Fassler, Mikayla N. Fassler, Hailey L. Lowe and Emily R. Lowe; her stepgrandchildren, Heather, Jeremy and Logan Combs; and her great great grandchild Hudson Fassler.
