He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Hornbeck and Mary Hornbeck (Matteson); and his son Christopher Hornbeck. He is survived by: his wife Linda Hornbeck; his children, Jim Hampton (Cindy) and Jodi Oliver (Tim); and his grandchildren, Michael, Sara Hampton and Matthew Campo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
